I am happy to share this really yummy low carb and dairy-free recipe with you! I made them yesterday for Mom for mother’s day; it’s one of her favorite’s and they’re so easy. If you’re wanting a super quick and flavorful appetizer for your table, well, here you go!
What you need
Peppers
Goat Cheese
Coconut Milk
3 Steps to Yummy
1. Cut the peppers
2. Mix the goat cheese and coconut cream together with some salt, spices and garlic.
3. Stuff and put in the oven on “Broil”.
Takes about 10 minutes until edges start to crisp up.
